Samhain is a time to pause, reflect and remember. As the wheel of the year turns from summer into winter, we gather at this ancient threshold to honour those who came before us and reconnect with the stories, traditions and wisdom passed down through generations.
This guided meditation offers a quiet space for reflection and ancestral remembrance. Together, we will slow down, turn inward and explore our connection to our ancestry, our lineage and the land we share.
As the veil between worlds is said to grow thin at Samhain, we will create space to remember loved ones who are no longer with us, reflect on where we have come from and consider the stories that have shaped who we are today.
Through guided meditation, stillness and reflection, we will honour the past while recognising our own place within the continuing story of generations.
Come as you are and take a moment to pause, remember and reconnect this Samhain.
