Babh, Macha, Morrigú
An ancient story, at this ancestral time, in this historic place. At the foot of Trim Castle, over the course of this weekend, we bring to life a spectacle for all the senses. Fire, story, music, lights, movement and puppetry combine to give this occasion the celebration it deserves.
Join the storytellers of Candlelit Tales as we collaborate with a host of performers, musicians, puppeteers and fire spinners and witness the magic unfold inside the walls of Trim Castle. Beneath the Castle, we will call upon the harbinger of battle rage, destruction and chaos, so we may learn how to use that mythic power for the co-creation of greater inspiration.
This Halloween show will be like no other, as we reach across time to pull together an epic tale of three parts, where every sense will be filled. The Goddess of Battle Rage, the Raven Queen, the Morrigan herself is coming to Trim. Will you be there to witness her in all her glory?
Nightly performances at 6pm at Trim Castle.
